Made from 100% Tempranillo, this wine spent 12 months in French oak casks, 15% of them new, followed by a further two months in French oak foudres. Expect notes of ripe strawberry and cherry mingling with balanced oak spice and subtle licorice, and savour with a selection of manchego, provolone and Comté cheeses; chorizo; or patatas bravas (spiced potatoes).
