Elandskloof may be better known for its Chardonnay than its Sauvignon Blanc, but it's such a good vineyard that it's well suited to both varieties. This comes from two different altitudes and combines pithy, chiselled acidity with flavours of green herbs and passion fruit and some texture from lees contact. Drink date: 2022-2025. Score - 92.
