An unoaked blend of pinot noir, gamay, cabernet sauvignon, cabernet franc and merlot. Shows upfront aromas and flavours of rye bread, red cherry, strawberry and currant with coffee and herbs. Dry, medium-plus bodied palate with medium acidity and zesty, red berry finish. Great with white meats or tomato-based pasta dishes.
