Deeply-coloured, and deeply fruity Rhône red here from the village of Plan de Dieu, with plush, velvety, full-bodied palate and generous proportions. I find this highly satisfying for the money, and regionally representative. Tannins are supple and offer light resistance, acids round and creamy, and alcohol high (15% declared), so I'd suggest enjoying with a light chill, around 14-16ºC, no more, for maximum enjoyment and drinkability.
