IWC Trophy, 2015. This Daiginjo is made with Yamadanishiki rice milled down to 35%, and aged for 5 years at -5 degrees Celsius. Results in a beautiful sake with pure aromas of apple, pear and melon aromas. The aged characteristics expresses itself in extra complexity, flavours of pomegranate and persimmon, and an amazing mellowness. Round and decadent.
