'Crémant' describes premium French sparkling wines crafted in the Champagne method but outside the boundaries of the Champagne region. Crémants are not bound by the ageing restrictions imposed upon Champagne, which is one of the reasons these refreshing, complex bubblies are more approachably priced. This one comes from the historic producer that originated Crémant d'Alsace.
