The 2016 Cairanne Entre Restanques & Garrigues manages to combine herbal-floral notes with raspberry fruit without compromising on texture. This full-bodied, creamy-textured blend of Grenache (55%), Syrah (30%) and Mourvèdre (15%) adds strawberries and hints of darker fruit on its long, velvety finish. Bravo! Drink date: 2018-2024.
