Made from locally farmed apples, and lightly sweetened with Ontario honey. Pale straw in colour, with aromas of binned apples, honey, elderflower and pastry. Light-bodied, with lively and fine-textured carbonation; crisp acidity balances the honeyed sweetness. Flavours of crisp apple, honey and citrus linger on the finish.
