Vinified in Maipu, Mendoza, this Argentinian organic white wine displays sweet aromatics but is actually bone dry. Its aromas include butter, smoke, fresh fig, spice and honeysuckle and these flavours replay on the medium bodied palate framed by bright acidity. The dry finish is zesty. Pair with shrimp linguine.
