The 2017 Otra Piel Tinto is a blend of 60% Cabernet Franc, 30% Cabernet Sauvignon and 10% Pinot Noir fermented together in amphorae buried in the vineyard (it's true, I've seen it), where the wine was kept for eight months. It's floral, clean, focused and fresh with a textured mouthfeel with fine-grained, chalky tannins with a dry, serious finish. It's highly drinkable and tasty. Drink date: 2019-2024. Score - 94.
