Made from Chardonnay grown in vineyards dotted with tiny fossilized oyster shells from the Jurassic period, this wine was forged in stainless steel and rounded out with eight months on the lees. Expect crunchy orchard fruit, citrus, brilliant acidity and a bedrock of marine mineral and pair with roast chicken, tuna steaks or sushi.
