

Bright light straw colour with streams of tiny bubbles. Attractive, slightly spicy, fresh, Anjou-pear-tinged, ripe, lemon-apple meringue nose with some toasty-mineral notes. Very dry, medium bodied, complex, citrusy, lemon meringue flavours with a lingering, crisp, toasty-brioche finish and fine effervescence. This nicely textured new blend of 70% Chardonnay, 27% Pinot Noir and 3% Pinot Meunier was tiraged (put in bottle) in February 2018 and disgorged on July 2021 with 40 months on the lees.
