The recent improvements at Lammershoek continue to impress under the winemaking hand of Schalk Opperman. This old wood fermented Chenin is at the leaner, tauter, more Loire Valley-like end of the Swartland spectrum, with pear and almond paste notes and a seam of minerality. Drink date: 2018-2023.
