Deep red colour with a good tint of purple, and a reserved and softly plummy bouquet with a subtle floral high-note. The palate is smooth, refined, elegant and deliciously supple and lithe. It's fruit-driven but far from simplistic. No great length to the palate but that's a minor quibble. A delicious wine already and it has an assured future.
