The 2019 is a blend of the I clone portion of Chardonnay planted on the Southern slope at the Bullswamp Vineyard. Whole cluster pressed to a new 2000 litre oval vat. Fermentation takes place over 10 days with full malolactic taking place immediately post primary fermentation. The wine shows plush stone fruit, a rich structure and a savoury persistence, high acid and defined texture.
