The 2021 vintage was a challenging one in Niagara, with humidity and rain playing a significant role in the timing and quality of harvests across the region. However, early-ripening varieties such as Riesling fared very well. This one has the characteristic vibrancy, balance and concentrated apple, lime, peach, apricot and classic minerality that has made it such a popular wine here at Vintages.
