Though not organic, this wine was made using sustainable practices. The vines were hand-tended, including shoot thinning, cluster thinning and leaf removal. A blend of Pinot Noir, Cabernet Franc and Gamay, this will be ripe, fresh and round with a long, textured finish and suggestions of prune, smoke, spices, herbs and pink grapefruit. Enjoy with grilled salmon.
