

The method of using partially dried grapes is applied to Sparkling as it is to all of Foreign Affair's table wines, here meeting the Italian method of trapping bubbles via carbonation in large steel tanks. Comes away quite fruit forward and with that extra little touch of glycerol so that method supersedes grapes in a sparkling wine of lovely ambiguity. Works out quite well in the end. Drink 2022-2023.
