Tohu is the world's first Maori-owned wine business. Grapes for this single-vineyard wine were picked by hand and cold-soaked before fermentation, after which the wine spent a short time on the lees and in French barriques. Expect earthy berry and cherry fruit in an elegant, easygoing Pinot Noir that'll pair nicely with roast duck, or turkey with a savoury cranberry stuffing.
