This is the wine that opens the door to the world of Aquitania's chardonnays from Malleco, and it's a brilliant entry. From 28-year-old vineyards in the Traiguén area, near the Nahuelbuta Mountain Range, and aged in stainless steel, this shows all of the power the variety gives in that cold part of southern Chile. The texture has grip, the aromas are fruity and slightly mineral, and the palate is full of flavor and juicy acidity in a wine with good body and very good depth. Score - 93.
