Hopes are the dominant flavour in our American IPA. The five different varieties used give this ale notes of citrus, pine and tropical fruit. A subtle malty backbone balances the hoppy bitterness with mild sweetness. The result is a well balanced IPA that is big on hop flavour. This IPA proves that good things come in small packages.
